Javier/Alexander Del Tierro (Coco Martin) are both shot and their life is in danger. With Xander's experience seeing Javier who is exactly the same face with him, he have told Gabrielle "Gabby" Marcelo. Gabby then hurriedly brought Xander to the hospital to treat him. As for Javier, Rosa/Lora Sebastian (Amy Austria) is worried about him. That even thou Javier is not her real son, she treats him like one. With both Javier and Xander who are confused, they have asked their parents maybe they have a twin brother. As for Krista "Kate" (Maja Salvador), she can never forget the boy who have helped her when she was a child. On the other hand, Allondra Sebastian - Del Tierro arrived late visiting Xander in the hospital. When Jaime Sebastiano (Ronaldo Valdez) knew about the news that Xander may have a twin brother, he got mad. So with this speculations, how will Xander and Javier find a way to know the truth?
